1. About These Terms

CyclistKit operates this website and online store. In these Terms, “CyclistKit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of cyclistkit.com.au. By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for keeping any account login details secure.

We may cancel or decline an order before acceptance for reasons such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, payment failure, an obvious pricing error or an incorrect delivery address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Taxes are included where required. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Discount codes and promotions may have separate eligibility, minimum-spend, expiry and usage conditions. Only discounts permitted by the checkout may be combined.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are currently delivered within Australia. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, severe weather, incorrect delivery information or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

12. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process store functions. Purchases made from CyclistKit are transactions between you and CyclistKit, not between you and Shopify.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support.

14. Website Availability and Errors
